"Thinking Out Loud" is a daily two-to-three-hour, public affairs, radio program that airs on WUML, the FM radio station at the University of Massachusetts Lowell. Thinking Out Loud has one-hour segments in Laotian and Khmer and two-hour segments in English and reaches out to the region by addressing the issues of the community, the workplace and the environment.
